Payment Options

At Hollenbach Home Comfort Services, we are pleased to offer our customers several convenient oil payment options and plans to help fit with your monthly energy budget needs.

Pay Online

Conveniently pay online 24/7 with our online oil order form. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.

Cash on Delivery

When you schedule your heating oil deliveries with Will-Call service rather than using Automatic Delivery, payment is made in advance with cash on delivery (COD), check, money orders, debit, and credit cards.

Payment must be made in advance by debit or credit card for Automatic Delivery customers (unless enrolled in our Budget Plan).

SmartPay Budget Plan

Think about when your heating oil bills are the highest: usually right around and after the holiday season and right before tax season. Make your payments more predictable and manageable with our 12-month budget payment plan.  With our SmartPay Plan, you can spread your annual heating oil costs out evenly over 12 months, giving you better control of your monthly bills.  Best of all, you will automatically receive the 10¢ per gallon prompt payment discount for every gallon delivered under this plan (account must be current).

Enrollment in our SmartPay Budget Plan opens in May and closes in September and requires you to provide us with a year-long history of oil use (usually in the form of oil tickets). If you’re interested, contact us online or at (570) 900-1053 to learn more.
