Cash on Delivery (COD)
When you schedule your heating oil deliveries with Will-Call service rather than using Automatic Delivery, payment is made in advance with cash on delivery (COD), checks, money orders, debit, and credit cards.
Payment must be made in advance by debit or credit card for Automatic Delivery customers (unless enrolled in our Budget Plan).
Our Fee Structure
- Payments received within 10 days of delivery: $0.10/gallon discount
- Deliveries of 500 gallons to 999 gallons: $0.05 discount
- Deliveries greater than 1,000 gallons: $0.10 discount
- Non-profits: $0.20 discount
- Oil treatment additive (recommended for external tanks): $25.00
- Small load fee for deliveries under 100 gallons (will-call customers only): $50.00
- Fee for returned check: $50.00
